What can I do if I receive a damaged product?
When you notice that the box containing the package is clearly damaged, you should create a damage protocol with the courier. In the case of product damage despite no visible damage to the box, you should also report this situation to your local post office. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us, and we will find a satisfactory solution for the customer. There are several possible solutions in such a situation. After returning the damaged product to us, the customer will receive a refund for both the shipping cost and the product cost. Alternatively, a partial refund and keeping the product may also be an option.
